My husband and I went to the new location and we were welcomed right upon entry. We are from out of town and decided it couldn’t hurt to see if we could squeeze in prior to our scheduled apt. I recently changed from my 30+ year provider/competitor to HorizonAire. Extremely positive experience from initial telephone call up to and including preparing the CPAP and afterwards. My insurance was very difficult to deal with but my HorizonAire RT got me past all the hurdles through her knowledge and patience.
